PHOENIX — A new concept is set to replace two current Phoenix Ale Brewery locations next month.

PHX Beer Co. will bring new ownership, menus and beer to the location near Washington and 30th streets and the other near Seventh Street and Bethany Home Road.

The brewery will be led by Arizona native Adam Wojcik, who has worked 17 years in the beer industry, according to a press release.

“Phoenix is already a great beer city. We’re here to add to that,” Wojcik said in the release.

COMING SOON. We’re in the process of transforming into a new locally-owned concept. There will be a new look, new beer, and new food. The locations and staff will remain the same. Stay tuned for updates!

Richard Stark, former owner of NYPD Pizza and founder of the Phoenix Ale Brewery Central Kitchen, will head the restaurant side of the business.

Menu items will include cast iron macaroni and cheese, whiskey barbecue meatballs and copper ale wings.

According to its website, PHX Beer Co. also plans to open a new location but has not yet announced where it will be.
