The Mesa Police Department unveiled Wednesday a new mobile application to help keep citizens connected to police.
The free application will allow citizens to submit anonymous tips, allow them to stay up-to-date with the latest news and alerts, view crimes on an interactive map and more.
“Without your eyes and ears, without your information our ability to respond is jeopardized. That is what the driving force was behind this app,” said Mesa Police Chief Frank Milstead.
The application was paid for by asset forfeiture funds.
