PHOENIX — Two children reported missing in Washington state may be in Arizona, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said Wednesday.

Sage and Isaac Cook were last seen at Los Angeles International Airport on Aug. 28.

Sage, 15, and Isaac, 9, live with their father in Bellevue, Washington. He has primary custody of the children. The FBI believes the boys’ mother, Faye Ku, may have forged a supervised visit court order to trick the father into sending them to California for a brief visit.

“The father felt he was being compelled by the courts to send his sons to California for a court-sanctioned visit,” Perryn Collier with the FBI said. “At that point in time, [Ku] took custody of the children and they have not been seen since.”

Ku has contacts in Arizona, along with several other Western states, Mexico and Canada.

Ku was charged with custodial interference in 2013 after she attempted to take the boys to Taiwan. There is a warrant out for her arrest.

Sage stands 5-foot-6 and weighs 209 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Isaac stands 4-foot-6 and weighs 64 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes.

Ku is an Asian female who stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 185 pounds. She has black hair and black eyes. She may be traveling with toddler, Zephyr, who has brown hair and eyes.

Anyone with knowledge of either the Cooks’ or Ku’s whereabouts is asked to contact the FBI’s Seattle office at 206-622-0460.
