State Route 87 reopened after brush fire

Department of Public Safety has reopened southbound State Route 87
(Beeline
Highway)
between State Route 188 and Bush Highway after a brush fire in the area
forced closure for most of Saturday.

Northbound was closed for the majority of the afternoon as well, but was
reopened early Saturday evening.

The Long Fire is now at 30 acres, but officials say it is contained.
