PHOENIX — Former National Hockey League all-star Jeremy Roenick has again slashed the price of his Scottsdale home.

The former Arizona Coyotes star brought the price of his seven-bedroom property down by $500,000 to $3.95 million.

This was not the first time Roenick has dropped the price of the home. He first listed the Scottsdale mansion in 2012 for $11.7 million but reduced the price to $8.5 million in 2014, and just under $5 million in 2016 — a drop of almost $8 million in six years.

The home is located near Dixileta Drive and Pima Road in north Scottsdale.

According to Realtor.com, the 7,400-square-foot mansion comes with five bedrooms, including an upstairs master bedroom complete with an outdoor patio. There is also a downstairs master with a media and game room.

The home is located on an 18-acre lot that not only has a number of perks inside the home has a wide array of amenities on the outside as well. The property features a lazy river, pool, par-three pitch, putting green and a wiffle ball field.

There is also a two-bedroom guest house on the property.

Roenick originally bought the property in 2005 for $3.8 million.

He was a nine-time all-star and played for the Coyotes from 1996 to 2001 and from 2006 to 2007. He scored 141 goals during his time in Arizona.
