Interstate 10 closed at Riggs Road until further notice

PHOENIX — The Arizona Department of Transportation reports Interstate 10 eastbound is closed at Riggs Road due to a crash.
Drivers are urged to use an alternative route if they are traveling from Phoenix to Tucson.
CLOSED: I-10 Eastbound at Riggs Rd. Alt Route Phx =>Tucson: SR 347 SB to SR 84 WB to I-8 EB to reconnect with I-10.

There is no word on when this stretch of the I-10 will be reopened.
