Touchdown! Arizona Cardinals to play 100th game at University of Phoenix Stadium

PHOENIX — It will be a special night this Sunday when the Arizona Cardinals host the Cincinnati Bengals: The team will be playing its 100th game at University of Phoenix Stadium.
Since the Glendale, Arizona, venue opened in 2006, the Cardinals have sold out every game, with more than six million fans attending games at the stadium.
The team has a 52-27 record at home since 2009. Last year’s seven home wins were the most for the franchise since 1925, when the team posted 11 home victories.
The Cardinals have, debatably, one of the most loyal fan bases in the NFL, supporting the team on and off the field.
Since 2006, Arizona’s opponents have accumulated 132 false start penalties at the stadium, ranking No. 1 in the NFL. The playing surface at the stadium was also ranked the best in the NFL in a recent survey by Sports Illustrated.
This Sunday’s game against Cincinnati will be the second straight game for the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday Night Football.
