Dancing Light property in Paradise Valley listed on market for $15M

PHOENIX — A stunning property in Paradise Valley known as Dancing Light is on the market with a price tag of $15 million.

The estate spans 2.8 acres and contains two residences, the main house and a guest house, according to the listing.

The main house consists of three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, while the guest house has one bedroom and one bathroom.

A few features of the property include floor-to-ceiling sliding glass walls that open the great room into the exterior patio, a pool that is strategically placed in a spot that brings a cooling effect inside as well as a roof that appears as if it’s rising to meet the mountains.

Other amenities include Gaggenau appliances, Vola kitchen and bath fixtures as well as custom woodwork throughout the rooms of the home.

The property has been mentioned in numerous books, magazines and blogs while also winning multiple awards.

The residence was built in 2016, with the property previously being listed for just under $6.5 million two years prior.
