Fans, assemble! Saturday is Free Comic Book Day

PHOENIX — The weekend just got better: Saturday is Free Comic Book Day.

Participating stores, across the country, including several in metro Phoenix, will be giving away 50 titles, including, “Avengers,” “Transformers,” “Teen Titans Go” and “SpongeBob.”

The first Free Comic Book Day was held in 2002.
