BUCKEYE, Ariz. – If you thought the good guys were the ones in white, you haven’t seen this Bonnie and Clyde.

Phoenix police sergeant Darren Burch says the crime happened on Thursday January 20, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. when a man and woman entered a bank in Buckeye near Roosevelt and 4th Street.

The woman approached the teller and demanded money.

“The male suspect’s at the front door as a lookout,” Burch said.

Once the woman got the cash, she and her partner in crime fled the bank.

“No getaway car was seen,” Burch said.

The woman is described as a Hispanic female with brown hair in her twenties, who stands 5-feet-3-inches and weighs about 100 pounds. She wore large white, round sunglasses and a white hooded jacket and blue jeans and carried a large purse.

The purse had a big sparkly buckle on it. Her cohort was also dressed in white.

The man is described as a Hispanic man who looked to be about 25 years old. He was about 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighed around 160 pounds. He wore a white pullover hooded sweatshirt and a white beanie cap.
