Arizona man found safe after missing overnight, Silver Alert canceled

PHOENIX – A Silver Alert was canceled Monday morning after a Gila County man who was missing overnight was found safe, authorities said.
Jerry Menefee, 86, was last seen around noon on Sunday in Tonto Basin. He was found safe, it was announced around 8 a.m. Monday.
Menefee has diabetes and early stage Alzheimer’s.
He stands 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 195 pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes.
Menefeee was driving a 2018 black and tan Jeep Wrangler, Alaska license plate JKS544.
