PHOENIX — Arizona Strong Beer Festival will run its 18th annual event on Feb. 10 at Steele Indian School Park, celebrating the growing craft beer scene in Arizona.

The Strong Beer Festival will be one of the main headliners of Arizona Beer Week, which lasts from Feb. 7-16.

More than 500 beers will be offered to attendees who buy tickets. Tickets to the event range from $10-$100 and can be found on the festival website.

In addition to the wide-ranging beer selection, five local musical acts have been confirmed to play at the festival and more than a dozen restaurant and food trucks will be offering something to eat.

“Each year, the festival gets bigger and bigger – it’s a true testament to our community’s love for exceptional beers,” said Rob Fullmer, executive director of the Arizona Craft Brewers Guild.

The Arizona craft beer scene has been steadily growing and recently four Arizona breweries took gold, silver and bronze medal honors at the Great American Beer Festival.

Besides the Strong Beer Festival, Arizona Beer Week offers many events throughout the Valley. From Flagstaff to Tucson, a full list of events can be found at the Arizona Beer Week website.

For those looking for something to do with your special someone, the timing coincides perfectly with Valentine’s Day.

We want to hear from you.
