Main Street Minute: Store opening to feature movie ticket giveaway

• Telecommunications giant AT&T is celebrating the grand opening of a Mesa store Thursday by giving away movie tickets starting at 9 a.m. More than 60 pairs of tickets to that night’s private screening of the new “Justice league” movie will given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. The store is near Power Road and Southern Avenue.
• Tempe-based online retailer Carvana has launched its e-commerce platform in Bakersfield, California. Customers can purchase a car online and have it delivered for free as soon as the next day. Carvana offers next-day delivery in 40 markets.
• HSMHost is holding a job fair Thursday to fill 50 full-time positions at Sky Harbor Airport restaurants. The hiring event runs from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the company’s offices near 16th Street and Buckeye Road in Phoenix.
