PHOENIX — There are many ways to enjoy cheese for National Cheese Day Tuesday: macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, saganaki and fondue.
We wanted to focus on the best places to enjoy pure sliced and blocked cheese.
Gouda, Swiss, Provolone, Parmesan, Feta, Mozzarella, Blue, Gorgonzola, Havarti, Cheddar, Brie, Jack, Asiago, Ricotta, Gryere and American are all known as complementary pieces to a more unique eating experience.
But each individual cheese brings something new to the table and deserves to be the feature attraction of the main dish every once in a while.
With some help from the top reviews on Yelp, we’ve compiled a top 10 list of places in the Valley to enjoy a cheese plate.
For all of you lactose loving, dairy product consumers out there – here is our list.
