PHOENIX — A Phoenix-area estate that sold for $12.75 million set a new record for a home sold through the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, the real estate firm behind the sale said.

The Joffe Group announced the sale of the Paradise Valley home, located near McDonald Drive and Tatum Boulevard, on Facebook.

The Phoenix Business Journal said the seven-bedroom, 12-bathroom estate was listed in November for $13.5 million.

The buyer of the home has not been released. The seller was the Archer Revocable Trust.

The home is more than 14,000 square feet. It sits on two and a half acres and has a motor court large enough for 11 cars.

The kitchen has four ovens, two refrigerators, multiple dishwashers and is built to accommodate a large family or outdoor party. The estate has floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of Camelback Mountain.

There is a gym and multiple laundry areas, which sounds perfect for working off those extra calories while catching up on the wash.

There is also a game room — complete with space for four TVs and a pool table — and a deck with its own outdoor fireplace.

And, of course, what Arizona estate would be complete without a pool? It is located nearby several outdoor seating areas.

Arizona’s record home sale is $14 million, but it was not listed on the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.

We want to hear from you.
