PHOENIX — The Phoenix Police deactivated an Amber Alert for two one-year-old twins on Saturday last seen at a business in Phoenix.

Police said that the twins were “recovered safely” later in the day.

The two one-year-olds, identified as Joseph and Havanna Shackleford, had last been seen at a business near 44th Street and McDowell Road in a stolen white 2003 Nissan Pathfinder.

The vehicle was missing its front bumper and has an Arizona license plate 1CA6RB.

The driver of the vehicle was believed to be the twin’s uncle, Eddie Jones.

He was believed to be driving under the influence of alcohol and made claims that he was planning to drive to New Mexico.

Police did not provide an update on the whereabouts of the stolen vehicle or Jones.

We want to hear from you.
