PHOENIX — A man was shot and critically wounded during an argument outside an Internet cafe early Tuesday in Phoenix.

Police were searching for two suspects and questioning another at the cafe near Cave Creek and Greenway roads.

Police said the four men began arguing and eventually the victim was shot three to four times.

Witnesses didn’t see the argument, only heard the fighting and shots at the strip mall.
