PHOENIX — A Phoenix-area school went into lockdown Monday morning after reports of a gunshot near campus.
No one was injured at Sierra Linda High School in Tolleson, near 67th Avenue and Buckeye Road, but the school was sealed off as a precaution.
Maricopa County Sheriffs’ Office said one person had been detained for questioning.
The lockdown was lifted by mid-morning.
