No freeway restrictions planned for pre-Thanksgiving weekend

PHOENIX — If you’re planning on getting a jump start on your Thanksgiving travel this weekend, the Arizona Department of Transportation gave you a reason to be thankful.

ADOT has no major construction closures scheduled for Phoneix-area freeways this weekend. In a press release, ADOT said it has recently completed work requiring closures or significant lane restrictions on several freeway improvement projects.

For a complete list of highway and freeway restrictions for the state including, visit ADOT’s travel information site at az511.gov or call 511.
