22 cats found at Phoenix house fire

PHOENIX — An unusual discovery was found at a Phoenix house fire.

Crews arrived Saturday night to find an active fire in the attic of a home near
Central and Dobbins.

They also found 22 cats in the house. Many of the cats died in the fire. However, no people were hurt.

Investigators are trying to figure out what started the fire.
