You’re in your car heading to work when you decided to hit the drive thru at the local Starbucks.

You place your order and pull up to the window — all the while having your favorite jam is cranked on the radio.

The next thing you notice is your venti mocha is not waiting for you at the window. Instead you have an extra shake to your mocha thanks to one energetic Starbucks employee that was witnessed by one Starbucks customer.
