The second trailer has emerged for the upcoming science-fiction film “Ender’s Game,” based off the 1985 best-selling book by Orson Scott Card.
Set in outer space, the flick stars Harrison Ford, Ben Kingsley and Viola Davis, but centers on Asa Butterfield, who plays the character of Ender Wiggins. Butterfield has had leading roles in well-received movies such as “Hugo” and “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas.”
On “Ender’s” IMDb page, the film is described as, “70 years after a horrific alien war, an unusually gifted child is sent to an advanced military school in space to prepare for a future invasion.” The film is directed by Gavin Hood, director of “X-Men Origins: Wolverine” in 2009.
“Ender’s Game” will hit theaters Nov. 1.
