Legally Speaking: One-on-one with Jodi Arias attorney, Kirk Nurmi – Part Five
In the conclusion, Kirk Nurmi tells Monica Lindstrom about how he was able to write his book, despite Jodi Arias having a right to confidentiality.
No one had heard from Nurmi about his personal ordeal of having to deal with Arias for over five years as he attempted to save her life.
Why? Because he wasn’t allowed to tell us. Until now.
I had the opportunity to interview Nurmi about his new book, “Trapped With Ms. Arias” and the struggles and strategy that came along with representing Arias during her murder trial. The interview is broken up into five segments. A new one will be introduced each day this week.
This special “Legally Speaking” series is for those who want an insider’s look at the trial, from what was happening outside of the Maricopa County Superior Courthouse to the inner workings of the courtroom.

I am not sure If I want to waist my money on Kirk Nurmi's book if it's trying to justify his lawyering techniques were ethical and what Jodi Arias's right's are. Honestly in my opinion, her rights over took the court room. I hate hearing her repeat this statement over and over again, "it is my firm belief that if I got the death penalty I would finally be at peace, but my family wouldn't be able to bare my death, therefore I am asking for life with the possibility of parole." Her rights should have been taken from her the minute Mr. Alexander took his last breath. All her lies during the case and to this day. She never cry about physical abuse until her first story of the 2 invaders of his home came in. The Alexander family died three times too, when Travis was killed three times, then the stories of his perversion of masturbating to a young boys photo, his physical abuse towards Jodi, this was nothing short of a circus of the Alexander family. As soon as Jodi made her last comment before her sentence was given to her, I would have changed my mind if I were the judge, she was too soft. Jodi's comment about how the Alexanders refused 3 time to settle, first of all settle what? The Alexander family have every right to take a picture of their thumbs down, Oh poor Jodi and then to top it off she showed us all how flipping crazy she really is and that was the comment she made about, "Oh by the way I do remember cutting Travis's throat" I would have given her death after that statement!!!
