Jun 21, 2013, 3:04 PM | Updated: 3:04 pm

The Arizona Department of Public Safety is looking for a white passenger car involved in a hit-and-run collision.

The five-car collision occurred on Thursday at approximately 8:45 p.m. on Interstate 10 at 43rd Avenue. During the incident a white passenger car hit a red passenger car causing serious injuries, one of which may be fatal.

The DPS is strongly urging public assistance in locating the white passenger car that fled the scene of the collision. The car would most likely have significant front-end damage and witnesses say the car appeared to be a white Honda passenger car.

If you have any information regarding this crash or the whereabouts of the vehicle that fled the scene, please contact the DPS Vehicular Crimes Unit at (602) 223-2673.

We want to hear from you.
