Andy Biggs shares thoughts on privacy concerns in use of surveillance technology by law enforcement
Republican gubernatorial candidate Andy Biggs says there are privacy concerns when it comes to the use of surveillance technology by law enforcement. The congressman made the comments at a public safety forum hosted by the Arizona Police Association on Tuesday night.
His democratic opponent, Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs, answered the same questions separately. This is the only public format where the candidates will talk about their policy ideas as Hobbs declined to debate Biggs.
