Surprise police seek public’s help in locating runaway teen

SURPRISE — The Surprise police department is asking for assistance in locating 14-year-old runaway Madisyn Roske.

Roske is approximately 5-foot-5, weighing 120 lbs with black hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and black shorts. Roske suffers from conditions which may leave her with a diminished mental capacity.
