ASU Police searching for sexual assault suspect at Polytechnic campus

PHOENIX— Arizona State police received a report on Saturday that a sexual assault occurred at a Polytechnic campus residence hall.
ASU Police said the victim met the suspect on a social media platform. Around 1:30 p.m., ASU Police received a report that the suspect sexually assaulted her in her room.
The suspect is described as a 20-year-old Hispanic male. The suspect is 5’5” to 5’6” with a muscular build. He has brown eyes, brown hair. There was no clothing description given.
An arrest has not been made at this time.
