Main Street Minute: Valley mall celebrates 55th birthday, resort hosts job fair

• The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is hiring for more than 200 full-time, variable and seasonal positions at a job fair Friday. The event runs from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. The upscale resort is looking for kitchen workers and supervisors, front office staff as well as in housekeeping and engineering. The resort is located near Scottsdale Road and Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard.
• Christown Spectrum Mall in Phoenix is celebrating 55 years in business this weekend with a big party. The family fun event runs from noon until 3 p.m. Saturday near 19th Avenue and Bethany Home. It will include live music, face painting and of course, birthday cake.
• If the Arizona Cardinals beat the New England Patriots this weekend, Dunkin’ Donuts will give customers a free medium hot or iced coffee Monday. The only way to cash in is by downloading the chain’s app.
