In the Oval Office, President Donald Trump reflects on the United States leaving Iraq after two decades. He says we "left with dignity and respect" and also says we "should have never been there". This deal to withdraw troops from Iraq is being carried out by President Trump after the exit was arranged by former President Joe Biden in 2024.
