No Labels Party candidate for Arizona Governor Teri Hourihan talked about her approach to expanding childcare access in the state if elected Governor. She said it would be a tiered approach similar to how Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account program was before it became universal. Hourihan said during the debate she’d like to see free childcare statewide in Arizona like New Mexico recently implemented.
