PHOENIX — With the general election less than two months away, Arizona voters will soon be searching for voting locations, election deadlines, ballot information and more.
Many voters will likely be marking their calendars for Maricopa County elections deadlines. That’s only one of the many things voters have on their to-do list, which likely includes researching candidates and figuring out how to request mail-in ballots.
With a long to-do list and a sea of information to parse, it can be hard for voters to find the best sources of election information.
To make life easier for voters, Maricopa County Elections released a list of recommended websites voters can use to be informed ahead of Election Day on Nov. 5.
Where to find voting locations
Residents can find their voting locations by visiting Locations.Maricopa.Vote.
The website provides voters the ability to search locations by address, city or zip code. People can customize their search by seeking centers that offer in-person voting, are drop box only or both. Voters can also search the name of the voting center.
Maricopa will host 246 voting locations for the general election. Twelve locations will open on Oct. 9, when early voting begins.
Maricopa voters can cast a ballot at any location. After checking in and presenting ID, a ballot specific to that voter will be printed and voted onsite.
