PHOENIX — The uniquely designed “Desert Dome” home in north Scottsdale is now being offered for sale, listed with a $3.75 million price tag.

The 9,576 square-foot property sits across a 5-acre lot. The home includes six bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and is not short of additional amenities.

The property also includes an attached garage, a heated pool, spa and guest house, according to the listing.

Built in 2000, the original owner chose the unique architecture of the house to give a nod to green living and their desire to bring the dessert into the home. The structure of the dome house is infused with natural light.

Houseguests are welcome by an elegant spiral staircase as they enter the home and a living room bordered with large windows to let in natural light. As guests leave the house, they are greeted to a backyard with plenty of patio space and mountain views.

The estate is located near Scottsdale Road and Dixileta Drive.
