PHOENIX – Four new tenants have been added to a list of at least 12 restaurants that are expected to open at a $100 million mixed-use development in Gilbert by the end of 2021.

Verde at Cooley Station, located near Williams Field and Recker roads, announced it will add Crust Simply Italian, The Ostrich, Morning Ritual and Cook & Craft to its lineup, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

The developer, Arizona-based international firm SB2-VB, previously announced that Obon Sushi and Ramen, West Alley Barbeque, Los Primeros, Cookies and Cream, and Vitality Bowls would also be tenants at the property.

Crust Simply Italian will offer classic Italian staples like pizza, pasta and other Italian staples.

Morning Ritual, which is Crust’s breakfast concept, will offer brunch every day and craft cocktails.

In the evenings, Morning Ritual will transform into The Ostrich, a premium cocktail bar and lounge. The Ostrich has another location in Chandler in the basement of the San Marcos hotel.

Cook & Craft is a modern American restaurant that offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. They have a second location in Scottsdale.

The developer expects to announce three or four more restaurant tenants in the coming months, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
