The company has two food trucks that have cruised around the country since 2014.
One of the trucks visited Gilbert in February 2018, and another stopped in Scottsdale in December 2017.
The Hello Kitty character was created by Yuko Shimizu, a designer at Japanese company Sanrio, in 1974.
