MCSO searching for man suspected of killing woman near Goodyear

PHOENIX – The Mariopa County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a man suspected of killing a woman near Goodyear.
According to a release, detectives are searching for 43-year-old Melkyseddek Munoz-Garcia for his alleged connection in the murder of 41-year-old Laura Hernandez-Urbina.
MCSO deputies were dispatched on June 8 to the area of MC-85 and Estrella Parkway near Goodyear for an incident involving injuries.
Once on scene, deputies found Hernandez-Urbina injured with a gunshot wound.
She was transported to a local hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
Munoz-Garcia, who also goes by Octavio Olivas-Martinez, should not be approached if seen and is considered armed and dangerous.
