Authorities canceled a SAFE Alert on Sunday night after a 68-year-old man was returned to their caregiver in a safe manner.
When the SAFE Alert was first issued Monday night, Henry Moss was last seen on foot in the area of 59th and Northern avenues around 2 p.m.
Moss appeared to be in good health when reunited with his caregiver, according to the Glendale Police Department.
SAFE Alerts have replaced Silver Alerts in Arizona as a way to spread the word about missing persons who are 65 and older and missing persons who have dementia or developmental/cognitive disabilities.
