PHOENIX — A homebuilder is now selling three collections of homes in the Estrella community in Goodyear.

The Premier, Summit, and Discovery collections have single-family homes ranging from $368,990 to $454,990 located near Johnson Boulevard and 130th Avenue.

Lennar, a national homebuilder, purchased 359 lots at Estrella in 2024. The purchase was a component of a larger acquisition, which included 508 homesites.

The community provides residents access to two clubs with resort-style pools, fitness centers, restaurants and a kids’ water park.

“We firmly believe in Estrella, and with the West Valley’s booming economy, coupled with Estrella’s well-planned infrastructure and vibrant community spirit, we’re confident this is an ideal place for families to call home,” Senior Vice President of Land Operations for Lennar Jeff Gunderson said in a press release.

“By introducing our Premier, Summit and Discovery collections here, we’re offering thoughtfully designed homes that meet the diverse needs of today’s buyers.”

One of the available options is Lennar’s “Next Gen” design, which features an attached private suite with a separate living space, bedroom, bath, laundry, kitchen and garage and side yard access connected to a main home.

“Lennar has built its reputation on delivering homes that combine thoughtful design with enduring quality,” Vice President of Development for Estrella Development Company Jeff Zimmerman said in a release.

“At Montecito at Estrella, we’re proud to continue that tradition by offering innovative homes that redefine how families live together, with flexible spaces tailored to today’s lifestyles.”
