Luxury homebuilder expands to Arizona, projects over 100 homes a year in Scottsdale market
Azori is debuting its first projects in Scottsdale, working with DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design for their first homes four homes.

Washington-based luxury homebuilder Azori is entering the Phoenix market — its first geographic expansion beyond the Pacific Northwest.
Formerly known as MN Custom Homes, Azori is debuting its first projects in Scottsdale, working with DesignTank and Grady Olsen Design for their first homes four homes. DesignTank has three of the homes and Grady Olsen has one.
The first two Scottsdale homes will be coming to market in September, said Shaun McFadden, CEO and co-founder of Azori.
After that, the company will average one or two completions a month.
“We’ve got 21 properties under contract,” McFadden said. “And 11 are under construction.”
