PHOENIX — A luxury estate in Scottsdale spanning over 14,000 square feet recently sold for $25 million.
Among its fanciest amenities are a 19-seat home theater with its own snack bar, a golf simulator, a custom wine room and a separate bar with nightclub aesthetics, billboard lighting and plush seating. An elevator connects each level of the home.
Its backyard features an infinity pool looking out at the Valley from the mountains. There are also multiple patios and a spa.
There’s an indoor mini-spa of sorts in the primary bedroom, which also includes boutique-style closets and its own laundry facilities. Other features include a separate casita and steam room.
The home, featuring six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, is a modern version of Mediterranean-style architecture.
It’s located in northeast Scottsdale’s Silverleaf community on the McDowell Mountains.
The estate’s undisclosed buyers were from out of state.
