Another Arizonan is heading out to volunteer with the Red Cross’ relief efforts in advance of Hurricane Isaac.
Kathleen Tanner, of Gold Canyon, said she is being flown to Houston to help in anyway she can.
“I’m a retiree, so it adds a lot of meaning to my life to be able to serve those who look to the Red Cross for assistance in their time of need,” she said.
Tanner said the volunteers will serve as long as she is needed.
