Lin’s Grand Buffet opening Gilbert location later this year

Lin’s Grand Buffet is expanding its footprint in the East Valley, bringing its all-you-can-eat Asian dining concept to Gilbert for the first time.

The new restaurant, set to open in winter 2026 at 1017 E. Baseline Road near Lindsay Road, will mark the chain’s ninth location in the Phoenix metro area and 19th overall across Arizona, California and Texas.

“Gilbert’s warm community and growing culinary scene made it the perfect place for our next chapter,” Frank Lam, CEO of Lin’s Grand Buffet, said in a news release. “We’re excited to expand our presence in the East Valley and create a welcoming gathering place where families and friends can enjoy the bold, diverse flavors that define who we are, with an everyday buffet offering something for every taste at a price that makes it easy to come back anytime.”

Founded in 2002, the Arizona-based chain utilizes a vertically integrated supply chain to manage ingredients across its locations.
