A 3-year-old boy was taken to a hospital in critical condition on Saturday afternoon after being pulled from a pool in Scottsdale, authorities said.
Fire crews responded to a home near 124th Street and Via Linda around 2:44 p.m. for reports of a drowning, according to the Scottsdale Fire Department.
When firefighters and paramedics arrived, they found CPR being done on the toddler, who had already been removed from the pool.
Paramedics immediately took over and provided advance life support measures before taking the boy to a nearby hospital.
No other information was provided.
