PHOENIX — Pizza restaurant Slice House by Tony Gemignani announced an opening date for its first Arizona location in Gilbert.
The new location at Val Vista Drive and Pecos Road will open on Feb. 28 at 11 a.m.
Gemignani will make a special appearance during the grand opening, which includes free hats for the first 50 guests and a raffle for a year’s worth of free pizza.
The chain has locations across several states, with most of the outlets in California.
“We are very excited to bring Slice House to Gilbert, which marks a momentous milestone as the first location within Arizona and the eighth state for the franchise as it continues to pursue nationwide expansion,” founder Tony Gemignani said in a press release.
What can guests expect at Slice House by Tony Gemignani?
Slice House by Tony Gemignani offers an expansive pizza menu with several different styles, including New York, Detroit and Sicilian.
Specialty pizzas include Tomato Pie, Hawaiian Hit Man, BBQ Chicken, Hot Honey and more.
Slice House in Gilbert will also offer pasta, salad, wings and desserts.
The Gilbert location will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
