Paris Baguette’s newest location in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale is ramping up to begin construction on its three-story building that includes a residential component.
The international bakery and cafe restaurant chain is expected to break ground in two to three weeks, according Brian Krob, principal with Aline Architecture Concepts, which is handling the design for the project.
Aline Architecture first submitted documents for the proposed project in July 2024 to Scottsdale’s Development Review Board.
Project plans call for the demolition of the existing single-story building and replacing it with the proposed three-story, 6,688-square-foot building.
