Authorities identify 4 killed in Arizona wrong-way crash

PHOENIX – Arizona highway authorities said four people were killed in a wrong-way driving accident south of Tucson.

Department of Public Safety officials said only a teenage boy survived the head-on 1 a.m. Sunday crash on Interstate 19 near Green Valley.

The 14-year-old’s mother, Edith Munoz, 41, of Tucson, and his brothers, Mario Gradillos, 24, and Saul Gradillas, 19, died.

DPS released their names Monday.

The boy was airlifted to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The wrong-way driver, 52-year-old Tambra Hoskins, also died.

DPS was still investigating why Hoskins was driving on the wrong side of the road.
