ICE agents wrongfully detain veteran on a cruise in a case of mistaken identity
Jose Martinez, a Coast Guard veteran and U.S. citizen, was taken into custody on a Carnival cruise ship and held in the Port of Miami for an hour and a half before being released. Martinez joined Larry Gaydos and guest host Barry Markson to share his and his wife's first-hand experience dealing with agents busting into their stateroom, handcuffing him before escorting him off the ship and later releasing him without apology.
