Eye witnesses describe the moment federal agents moved in on Zipps Sports Grill
Elvia Diaz, an independent bilingual reporter, and ABC 15 Arizona reporter and anchor Troy Hayden were both at the scene Monday evening when Homeland Security and ICE agents raided Zipps Sports Grills across the Valley.
