3-year-old boy in critical condition after being pulled from pool in Phoenix

PHOENIX — A 3-year-old boy was in critical condition after being pulled Monday from a pool at a home in Phoenix, authorities said.
Firefighters were dispatched to the home near 35th Avenue and Cactus Road to find the child breathing on his own, the Phoenix Fire Department said in an email.
The boy was under water for about five minutes, according to Phoenix Fire.
The child was taken to a pediatric hospital for further evaluation.
No other information was available.
