Scottsdale police arrest 2 more in connection with summer looting

PHOENIX — Scottsdale police announced in a press release Friday that two more people have been arrested in connection with the riots that took place in downtown Scottsdale in late May.
Authorities have now charged 55 people with crimes related to the violence that occurred at Scottsdale Fashion Square on May 30 and 31.
Both people arrested were Valley residents, according to police.
Jordan Burns, 21, was arrested on charges of trafficking stolen property, theft, and trespassing.
Raymus Joseph Bryant, 27, was arrested on burglary charges.
Multiple stores were damaged in the riots, forcing the mall to close for more than a week.
The Scottsdale Police Department in the release said the investigation is ongoing as authorities continue to follow up on evidence, tips and information.
