PHOENIX – A Glendale man was arrested for the second time for allegedly planting a video recording device in a bathroom, this time at a mall ice cream shop.

Innocent Bradley, 28, was booked Wednesday on 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and four counts of surreptitious viewing, according to an Avondale Police Department press release.

Bradley is already facing a trial for allegedly planting a surveillance camera in the bathroom of a west Phoenix dentist office in December.

This week’s arrest came more than two months after a customer at the Cold Stone Creamery in Gateway Pavilions, at McDowell Road and 99th Avenue in Avondale, reported finding a suspicious cellphone in the bathroom on May 28, the release said.

Investigators connected Bradley to the device and arrested him at his home. A request to hold him without bond was granted.

When a search warrant was served, detectives found several devices containing more than 100 images or videos of child pornography.

There were also four other videos taken surreptitiously of victims who have yet to be identified.

In December, Bradley was indicted on three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and 13 counts of voyeurism. His trial on those charges is set to begin Sept. 4.

Phoenix police arrested Bradley on Dec. 19 after evidence linked him to a motion activated camera found under the sink in a bathroom used by employees and patients at a dentist’s office.

He was a patient but also often came in without an appointment to ask simple questions about dentistry and then use the restroom.

Per his release order at the time, Bradley was fitted with an electronic monitoring device and surrendered his Kenyan passport.
